Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of Outfitter (ai-outfitter.com), an AI assistant and apps for work, run by Unsupervised ("we", "us"). By using Outfitter you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Who can use Outfitter
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 you may not create an organization or accept these terms for one. If you use Outfitter on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Accounts and security
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
Free homepage chat
You can chat on the homepage without an account, up to a limit (currently 9 messages). We may change or enforce these limits, and you may not work around them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Outfitter to:
- break the law or share illegal content;
- harass, abuse or harm others, or send spam;
- attempt to breach or test the security of the service, or evade rate limits or usage limits;
- scrape the service or collect data from it by automated means; or
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Outfitter and of what you receive back. You give us a limited license to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your organization. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output
Outfitter uses AI models, and their output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Third-party services and connections
Outfitter can connect to services such as Google, GitHub and Slack. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is up to you. When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, we handle that Google data as described in the Privacy Policy, including its Limited Use commitments.
Organizations and apps
If you join an organization, its administrators may control your membership and the apps installed for it, and may see content and activity in the organization's workspaces. Apps provided by an organization or a third party may have their own terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Outfitter is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Unsupervised will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Outfitter is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Unsupervised against claims arising from your content or your violation of these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.
Termination
You can stop using Outfitter at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or put the service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, tell signed-in users in the product or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
